This loose herbal tea was hand-crafted by me, a clinical herbalist. This tea was created with organic, high quality herbs. Cycle tea was formulated to deeply nourish and support you during your menstrual cycle. Whether you are dealing with heavy bleeding, cramping, mood swings, irregular cycles, or breakouts, the herbs in this tea blend support the body at the root cause of these issues.*

Herbs featured in the blend:

Red raspberry leaf: this nutritive, mineral-rich herb has been traditionally used as a uterine tonic for generations. It is rich in micronutrients & antioxidants, so it is deeply nourishing for the body. It is also an astringent herb, meaning it tones the tissues in the female reproductive system, providing support for heavy bleeding and bloating.*

Nettle leaf: nettle is another nutrient-rich powerhouse herb. Nettle is a blood builder and helps us restore our mineral levels post-menstruation. It is a kidney tonifying herb, helping us to maintain good energy levels and proper blood filtration, which is so important throughout our cycle.*

Red clover: this sweet, floral and delicious medicinal flower provides us hormone support. Red clover is rich in healthy phytoestrogens that nourish our estrogen levels. Red clover is also a gentle lymphatic stimulant, and offers us detoxification support through our lymph channels. It is also deeply nutritive and soothing to the tissues.*

Tulsi: tulsi, or holy basil, is a sweet, minty & delicious herb that supports our adrenals, and our whole endocrine system’s response to stress. It is calming to our nervous system, and a mood uplifting herb. Tulsi also brings balance to our blood sugar levels, which can be vital when we have sweets cravings around our cycle.*

To prepare this tea, add 1-3tsp of the blend per 8oz of hot water to a tea pot. Let it steep for 20 minutes up to overnight. Then, strain and enjoy on it’s own or with some local honey.
